Based near Oxford UK, Ocuity was founded in early 2001 by an engineering team with more than 20 years experience in LCD display technology and autostereoscopic 3D displays.

Ocuity subsequently started a programme, leading to fundamental patent applications for a new 2D/3D Display architecture and for a switchable Enhanced Brightness Display architecture based on its Polarisation Activated Microlens technology.

Ocuity has continued to develop its technology and IP portfolio, and successfully licences its technology to manufacturing partners globally.
Ocuity is the winner of UK Government Smart and SEEDA Grant for R&D awards
